PHOTOGRAPHER RESUME - Meet the Photographers
JOYFUL EXPRESSIONS' photographer resume was birthed on Cape Cod in 2000 as a result of our mutual love for artistic photography; Tom's photographer bio began years earlier in New Jersey.
Tom Goehringer has over 40 years experience as a wedding photographer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Florida, and he has been taking photos for personal enjoyment since high school. His technical knowledge goes back to his youth when he dismantled and reconstructed various cameras, and continued through years spent developing film for a Camden, New Jersey lab. Today he spends many hours researching photography equipment and techniques in addition to perfecting his knowledge of our equipment.
Before moving from Cape Cod we photographed the beauty of the area and sold the results to the many tourist shops on the Cape as prints, greeting cards, suncatchers, magnets and more. In 2007 we relocated 10 minutes south to Port Richey to a glorious view on a lake. It's such a peaceful spot that we think of it as "Still Waters", and have taken many portraits on our dock and in our yard.
We specialize in all types of family photography.
Our photographer resume includes Babies, Children, Senior and Graduation, Families, Pets, Weddings and events in our indoor studio and outdoors by our lovely lake as well as at numerous parks, beaches and homes. Increasingly, we are focusing on nature with plans to again offer wall and table art in addition to a series of coffee table books featuring our scenic photos. 
Tom is our primary portrait photographer adjusting lighting and camera angles while Beth sets up backgrounds and adds props. We work together as a coordinated, non-stop photo-unit when photographing large affairs such as weddings, festivals, conferences and other events.
After the 'shoot' is completed, Beth selects the best shots. Clients sometimes assist in that process before they leave the studio. She then crops, color corrects and adds special graphic effects to enhance and bring the best out of every photograph.
Separately we have also photographed Germany, Poland, Israel, France and Canada. We married in 1999 after meeting as tourists in England (taking photos!), and JOYFUL EXPRESSIONS is the result of our union, and also reflects our joyful thanks to God for bringing us together!
