USE MIRROR SHOTS TO ENHANCE YOUR PHOTOS

Mirror shots will add a creative new dimension to your photography.

If one picture is worth a thousand words, then this photograph of the bride and her bridesmaid to the left say it all!

For another of our beautiful bridal mirror shots, click here for a complete Wedding Story Book. Then scroll down to photo number 8.

Use Mirror Photos To Reflect The Foreground As The Background!

A mirror photo can add interest to your photo by reflecting foreground activity.

Showcase The Back Of Her Wedding Gown With A Reflection Photo

Yes, I could have had the bride face the camera so that the back of her gown was in the mirror - if a full length mirror had been available!

Instead I improvised.

The bride faced the mirror and I posed her to obtain a lovely reflection photo of her face while emphasizing the gracious lines of her gown.

Reflection Photo in the Studio

This Reflection Photo demonstrates a beautiful set-up with an endearing result. Plus it is great fun for both the photographer and the child.

You can use any mirror that lends itself to this type layout, or purchase an acrylic or plexiglass mirror from a plastics manufacturer or prop supplier for a safer shoot.

Use Mirror Photos To Get That Impossible Shot!

Our great-grandson is fascinated with anything other than toys!

There was no way to photograph his intent expression other than through the extremely convenient mirrored wall.

No Mirrored Wall? No Problem!

We have an oval floor mirror in our studio for mirror shots, but in the car we needed to improvise.

Little girls are often such little ladies, and this great-granddaughter loves to pose, and keeps a mirror in the pocket behind the front seat!

Better Photos has 300 Reflection Photos! And, excellent on-line photography classes.
